Marseille: Former Mufti calls to vote National Front
Via Liberté Algérie:
The former Mufti of Marseille, Soheib Bencheikh, called French Muslims and their friends to vote for the National Front in the upcoming elections. Bencheikh, who spoke on RTL radio Monday, sharply criticized President Nicolas Sarkozy (UMP). The former Mufti said the UMP candidate was a dangerous man for France and was setting communities against each other just so he could stay in power a few more years.
In explaining his call to vote National Front Bencheikh said he disagrees with them, but at least they're sincere.
