Antwerp: Undercover interview in an extremist mosque
The following video was originally shot by a Muslim convert who wanted to show the Belgian public what goes on under their very noses. Parts of it were posted online with and without English translation.
The videos recently got quite a lot of attention, after Belgian weekly Knack featured an interview with the person who created them.
The video was prepared in its present format by Vlaams Belang, in order to show that there are online death threats by Muslims against Filip Dewinter. I have no idea where they got the original, though, as it includes parts which were not posted on YouTube. They added the various title screens as well as the Dutch subtitles, which made it much easier to translate.
The audio/video of the original were synchronized, but for some reason I couldn't get it to do so, and after a lot of effort and wasted time, I gave up on trying.

I am not sure an interview with some random person shooting off his mouth really means much, but when I was six (a very long time) ago, a class mate challenged me to come to his church and compete in memorizing Bible verses. I attended 2 week-day and 1 Sunday session for about 6 weeks and memorized most of the Christian Bible. The week-day sessions invariably began and ended with the singing of "Onward Christian Soldiers."
During the Sunday sessions, I learned that every Christian must be ready to be martyred for the sake of his faith in Christ.
When I worked in Crown Heights, all the Lubavitcher kids were members of Tzivot Hashem (God's Army).
As for the rest, Islam is like Christianity a prosyletizing religion. Jews often have prejudices about proselytization, but the problem lies with Jews not with Muslims.
If Muslims manage to convert most Belgians to Islam, obviously Belgian political culture would change, but that is how democracy works. Duh.
Joachim Martillo,
1. If you would bother reading the background to this 'guy shooting his mouth off', you'll discover he's one of those guys you later catch with a suicide belt in either Afghanistan or Brussels.
2. What, pray tell, do the kids of Tzivot Hashem do? Do they train with weapons? Learn that they must kill the non-Jews?
Excellent points, Esther.
I can't speak for the church Mr. Martillo is referring to, but as a Christian, I was never taught "that every Christian must be ready to be martyred," and I've never heard of that being promulgated in the Church as a necessary Christian ideal.
Also, Christians have always understood that the martial language of "Onward Christian Soldiers" is metaphoric, and certainly the extraordinarily learned Mr. Martillo would be aware of this.
In any case, despite Mr. Martillo's constant attempts to drag other religions down to Islam's level, the obvious and rather significant difference is that Muslim martyrs MURDER others for their faith, while Christian martyrs ARE murdered for their faith.
Joachim Martillo,
I had to delete your previous comment. If you can't write a comment without resorting to Zionist/Jewish conspiracies, please don't bother writing it. And don't bother arguing about this point, either.
If you read the links you'll see this guy belongs to rather extreme groups. He's of the type who actually do what they say. It's kind of ironic, since i never claimed he was a 'random person'. He's a dangerous radical who's very involved in extremist circles in Antwerp and Brussels. If he would be a 'random person', then it would be much more of a problem, wouldn't it? Or do you think any random Muslim talks this way?
You didn't answer my question, though: what do the little children learn in Tzivot Hashem? Do they practice arms training?
