Following a question from a reader, I put together whatever available data I could find.

Denmark - 5,000 (~66% are men)

France - 30,000-50,000 (2003), 100,000 (2.5% of 4 million)

Germany - 80,000 [see comments], 4,000 converted in 2005

Hungary - 3,500 [see comments]

Norway - 1,000 (0.75% of 120,000-150,000)

Spain - 25,000 (2% of 1.2 million)

Sweden - 5,000 (~1.5% of 300,000-400,000)
