Germany: Court approves deportation of honor murderer

Germany will deport a Turks who was found guilty for honor murder.  Once he sits out his sentence for murder, he would have to leave the country.

The court in Stuttgart approved the deportation Tuesday after the Turk had complained about his forced departure.  In 2004 he had stabbed his sister's new boyfriend 40 times, killing him.  The Turk had wanted to save the honor of his family since his sister was not yet divorced.  In 2005 he got nine years in prison.

The convict was born in Germany in 1985.  According to the bank he's not a "true native since he feels close ties to the Turkish culture and way of living.
