The Norwegian security service (PST) wants to recruit immigrants and Muslims to build up capabilities in about multi-cultural Norway and the challenges from militant Islamic networks.
Jørn Holme, head of the organizations, says that they don't take any specific group because it's politically correct, but because they need this knowledge.
There are currently several employees with different ethnic background. All together the PST has about 450 employees, the most in their headquarters in Nydalen in Oslo, but the PST is also represented in police districts all across the country.
