Banning all religious dress and symbols is a good proposal. Children should look upon each other as fellow human beings. Not as members of a specific religion which brings a lot of unnecessary baggage with it.
Churches, mosques, temples & synagogues are the places for religious education. Not schools.
A white man may not appear neutral to a black man or vice versa. So should we paint our faces red so people aren't divided by colour?
At the end of the day, we should try and BEHAVE without prejudice, rather than worrying about whether our choice of clothing affects how others see us.
