A new site lists about 350 Dutch mosques, giving google map locations and national association for each mosque (Moroccan, Turk etc.). The site also offers more basic information for about a third of the mosques: contact info, size, etc. The site is in Dutch, but I think it can probably also be usefull for non-Dutch speakers: Moskeewijzer (mosque pointer).
