Admin: Comments management
About half a year ago I switched to the IntenseDebate Admin: Comments management system since they had features that Blogger didn't offer, like threading, and extended moderating capabilities. They've recently been having serious issues and outages - disappearing comments, for instance - which they say they're working on.
I think IntenseDebate offers a superior system to anything else I've seen, and I hope they do get their act together. I am also not looking forward to making the switch again, though if necessary I will do so. For now, I will give them a couple of more weeks to see if they can fix their problems. In the meantime, if you notice a problem with the comments, please let me know.
