80% of small employers questioned by Neutraal Syndicaat voor Zelfstandigen (NSZ) think immigrant workers aren't satisfactory. Even if they would face an acute shortage of personnel they wouldn't give them an opportunity.
Most of the 688 surveyed said the biggest obstacle was inadequate Dutch, followed by expected problems in dealing with clients. NSZ admits that bias also has to do with it.
