Gouda: Death threats against Wilders

The former Jan Lighthart school in Gouda has been covered with death threats against Geert Wilders. Text saying "Wilders must die" and swastikas also covered windows, pavements and walls in nearby streets.

The Hollands-Midden police has gotten three reports since the weekend, and waiting for complaints to be lodged and is investigating the case. Wilders said in reaction that he'll lodge a complaint.

The Gouda municipality says that they try to remove all types of graffiti within 24 hours, especially if it's discriminating or threatening. A spokesperson regretted that the text was still there several days later on the information point in the school. By Tuesday afternoon the place must be clean. The residence association and private people have meanwhile removed other graffiti in the area.
