Bavaria: Teacher threatens massacre

A teachers of Moroccan origin was arrested by German police because he threated a massacre in a secondary school in the Bavarian town of Ingolstadt, reports German website donakurier.de. The reason for the threats was the bad assessments he had gotten, said a justice officer.

After vocational teachers had completely put down his didactic skills after a trial lesson, the mathematics and physics teachers screamed: "Blood will flow!". The 40 year old man expressed other threats as well, saying for example that it would be 'war' if he didn't get what he wanted.

"We cannot accept such expressions," declared school principal Helmu Walter. "It's not a daily occurrence. After everything that happened in secondary schools in recent years , we must intervene when a teacher expresses such threats."

During his teacher's training the man was known for being extremely courteous and very diligent. He had gotten good scores on the theory parts, but managed less well in front of the class.

According to a colleague, the teacher in training was not a born teacher. "We've also told him that," but the man was resolute to become a teacher. It was his dream job.

It was not related to his origins. According to the school management, the man of Moroccan origin was well integrated. "He even worked through the evening hours."
